Hilton Garden Inn Owings Mills, Owings Mills

The hotel had newly renovated and very nice rooms that were modern, clean, and pleasant, but fell short of my expectations given the price paid and some cleaning issues. The service was a mixed bag with friendly and professional staff but with noise disturbance and difficulties in contacting the owner. The location, while convenient with easy access to restaurants and stores, had some cleanliness issues. The dining experience was a highlight with delicious food at a great price, although other options were expensive. Overall, the facilities were decent but could use some improvements.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms, away from the affected areas, making it a great choice for my stay with my son. However, using my Amex Platinum card online resulted in poor service.
